Lambertville:  Barry M. Catanzareti, 67, passed away peacefully at home on August 15, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. Born in High Bridge, NJ, Barry grew up in Lambertville.  He was a dedicated parishioner of St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church in Lambertville. He was a devoted father, grandfather a lifelong New York Yankees fan and he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, fishing and following his favorite sports teams.  For 25 years Barry worked as a maintenance mechanic at Homasote Company in W. Trenton. Son of the late Ann Martin Catanzareti, and brother of the late Ann Kelly, he is survived by his father Frank Catanzareti, his wife of 44 years Elvira “Cookie” Catanzareti, two sons Philip Catanzareti, Anthony Catanzareti and his fiancé Amanda DeMarree, one daughter Melissa Raics (James), his six grandchildren, Shelby Catanzareti, Juliana Raics, Lucas Raics, Emma Catanzareti, Isabella Catanzareti and Kaylee Catanzareti.  He is also survived by his siblings Linda Williams (Rusty), Frank Catanzareti (Val), Patti Finn (Jack), Diana Rogers (John), Michael Catanzareti (Michele), Joseph Catanzareti (Susie), Bernie Catanzareti (Kim),  Mark Catanzareti , Mary D’Avella (Mark), Theresa Volz (Frank), Carol Kyle (Alan), Joan Howell, David Catanzareti and Nancy Tross (Tom). Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday August 22 at 11:00 am at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, Bridge St. Lambertville.  Burial will follow in the Holcombe-Riverview Cemetery, Delaware Twp.  Calling hours will be Wednesday from 5-8 pm at the Garefino Funeral Home, 12 N. Franklin St. Lambertville. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the  Gift of Life Family House, 401 Callowhill St. Philadelphia, Pa. 19123.
