Dr. Hollie E. Nevin, 37 passed away February 10, 2021 at her home after a
courageous battle with breast cancer.
Hollie had a love for life like no other. She was the shining light in her family
and friends' lives. She enriched the lives around her making everyone feel
comfortable and loved. Hollie volunteered for multiple charity organizations
where she donated her time and money, also as a mentor for Big Brothers
Big Sisters organization helping underprivileged children. She was never
asked to do these charities, it was an honor for her to do so. Her smile, her
laugh, her presence made the world around her light up just as Hollie’s
daughters Adrianna and Brianna and husband James are what made Her
world light up. She cherished her time with them and made them better
people and grateful to have had her if only for a short time.
Raised in Northeast Ohio, Hollie graduated from Capital University in
Columbus, Ohio. Moving to Philadelphia in 2006, she received her
Doctorate’s degree from Drexel School of Medicine in 2013. She was
recently promoted as the Associate Director of Content Development for
United States Medical Affairs Working for Incyte Corp. in Wilmington, DE.
Daughter of the late Dale R. Flick, she is survived by her mother Erika S.
Delia, her husband of six years James Nevin, her twin daughters Adrianna
and Brianna, two brothers Ron and Jeremy Flick, Step brother Erik Reinert
and Step Sisters Margeaux Reinert and Alyssa Wassmer, her mother in
law Diana Stockwell, her father in law Tom Nevin and his wife Mitzi, her
aunt Elizabeth Schehl who legally adopted Hollie and aunt and uncle Kathy
and Gary Brousseau, her grandmother Mary Macualy and husband Pete
and her cousins Alexis and Aaron Juergensen, Mike Flick and Lindsey

A funeral service will be held Wednesday February 17, 2021 at 5:00 pm at the
D’Anjolell Barone Memorial Home, 908 S. Providence Rd, Wallingford, Pa.
19086. Friends and family may visit Wednesday from 2-5 pm at the funeral
home. Burial and cremation will be private.
