Obituary for Janis D Isler

Solebury Twp. Janis Debra (Horvath) Isler, 64 passed away peacefully on Saturday November 27th, 2021 at her home surrounded by loved ones.

Born in Plainfield, New Jersey, Janis was raised in the Flemington area and lived in Solebury Twp. for the past 39 years. A member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Flemington, Janis had served on its church council for a number of years. She worked for the past 18 years as the office administrator for Horvath and Giacin CPA in Pennington, New Jersey. Janis was her girls’ biggest fan and always attended all of their sporting events over the years. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and having quality time with her friends and family.

Daughter of the late John and Irene (Stello) Horvath, she is survived by her husband of 40 years, Pete Isler, her two daughters, Lindsey Amadio and her husband Robert, Alyssa Daley and her husband Jim, her grandson Lucca, one brother John Horvath, two sisters Sharon Randolph, Patricia Shew, her brother-in-law Kenny Isler, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held Friday December 3rd, 2021 at 10:00am at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 201 State Hwy Rt. 31, Flemington, NJ 08822. The burial will follow in the Thompson Memorial Cemetery, 1680 Aquetong Road, New Hope, PA 18938. Calling hours will be Thursday December 2nd, 2021 from 6:00pm – 8:00pm at the Garefino Funeral Home, 12 N. Franklin St. Lambertville, NJ 08530.
