Lower Makefield Twp.: John G. Bulger, 92, passed away at his home on Monday, October 21, 2019. Born in Trenton, and raised in Lambertville, Jack lived in Lower Makefield Township over 50 years. Jack graduated from the University of Notre Dame, served as a cadet in the US Merchant Marine, and later served in the United States Army. He was employed as a Certified Public Accountant with Deloitte, Haskins and Sells and then managed his own tax practice in Yardley. Jack was a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of CPAs and the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs. Son of the late John J. and Florence Shoemaker Bulger, he is survived by his wife of 70 years, Margaret Mitchell Bulger, two daughters, Ann Bulger Minich, Eileen Bulger Molloy, three sons, John R. Bulger, Kevin A. Bulger, Matthew S. Bulger and four grandchildren. A private service will be held at a later date under the direction of the Garefino Funeral Home, Lambertville.
