LOSCH, Kathleen (nee Cavallo), 70, of Lambertville, NJ, passed away peacefully on August, 25 th , 2020. Beloved wife of the late Timothy Losch. Loving mother of Dana Lachow and her husband Dave, Jeffrey Losch and his wife Kim, Chris Losch and his wife Jeni, and Kevin Losch and his wife Kendra. Cherished grandmother of Kelsey, Jordan, and Jake Lachow; JT, Abby, and Nick Losch; Chloe and Myles Losch; and Caden and Cameron Losch. Dear sister of Richard Cavallo and his wife, Carol, and James Cavallo and his wife, Pat, and sister-in-law to William C. Losch Jr. and his late wife, Linda, Catherine Losch, and her spouse, Blair Turner, and Michael J. Losch and his wife, Ann.    While raising her four children, she served her community through involvement with the Parent-Teacher Association and Lambertville Recreation Commission. At the age of 43, with her children grown, Kathe earned her teaching degree from Trenton State College. She taught middle school mathematics in the Hamilton School District for seven years before returning to the family's alma mater, South Hunterdon, to teach for another ten years. During her years as an educator, she was a Mathematics Department Chair, Student Council Co-Advisor, and Cheerleading Coach. In addition to spending time with her family and friends, she enjoyed her second home on Long Beach Island, listening to live music, and nature photography. She loved to laugh, make people laugh, and had an infectious smile.   Visitation will take place on Monday, August 31 st , 2020 from 10 am-12 pm at Garefino Funeral Home, 12 N. Franklin Street, Lambertville, NJ. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, visitation will be followed by a 12pm service that is reserved for the immediate family. Those wishing to attend the graveside service may follow the procession or meet at St. John’s Cemetery, Lambertville, NJ immediately following the private service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the National Kidney Foundation or Deborah Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
