Rowlett TX.: Leonard J. Anthes, 72 died Sunday, August 18, 2019 at the Methodist Medical Center in Dallas, TX. Born in Bethlehem, Pa. Len grew up in the New Hope and Fairless Hills areas. He served in the United States Air Force from 1968-1971 being honorably discharged with the rank of Sergeant. For a number of years he was a truck driver for Specialty Transport in Morrisville Pa. Son of the late Lawrence and Beatrice Frey Anthes, widower of Linda Lorandeau Anthes, brother of the late William and Kathleen he is survived by one daughter Jessica Anthes and her husband John Twyman, one sister Susan Bayes, one brother Richard B. Anthes and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services with United States Air Force Funeral Honors will be celebrated Thursday August 29, at 10 am at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Ave., Newtown, Pa.
