Obituary for Maria Rolleri
Maria Rolleri, 56, passed away Saturday, March 4, 2023 at JFK University Hospital in Edison, NJ.
Born in Passaic, Maria had lived in Hillsborough, NJ and in Doylestown, PA. A graduate of Villanova University with a degree in General Science. She worked as a chemical hygienist and later earned her nursing degree from Bucks County Community College and became a Registered Nurse.
Spending time with her daughters was the most important part of her life. She enjoyed riding her motorcycle on River Road and in New Hope, was an avid outdoors person, loved camping and hiking, playing and listening to live music, and making people laugh.
Daughter of Joseph and Gerlinda Brucker Elchak, she is survived by her father, her two daughters, Carson and Addison Rolleri, and her three sisters, Tonya McGovern, Linda Samuels, and Theresa Kao.
Funeral service will be held Wednesday at 5:00 pm at the Garefino Funeral Home, 12 N. Franklin St. Lambertville, NJ. Visitation will be from 4-5 pm Wednesday at the funeral home and again following the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Organization for Rare Disorders.
