Lambertville:  Mildred “Millie” DeMarco Yannarella, 97 died Thursday July 16, 2020 at the Hunterdon Medical Center. Born in Trenton, Millie had lived in Lambertville for over seventy years. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, was a member of the Young Men’s Athletic Club Ladies Auxiliary and had worked for many years at the Yannarella family owned Phil and Dan’s Italian Restaurant in Lambertville. Daughter of the late Joseph and Maria Dotinno DeMarco, and widow of Michael “Mickey” Yannarella who died in 2014, she is survived by, three sons, Ronnie Yannarella and his wife Nancy, Larry Yannarella and his wife Nancy, Michael Yannarella and his wife Margaret, one daughter, Maryann Haldeman and her companion Sam Kramer, ten grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday July 20 at 10:00 am at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, Bridge St., Lambertville.  Burial will follow at 11:30 am in the Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Ave., Newtown, Pa.  Visitation  will be Monday from 8:45- 9:45 am at the Garefino Funeral Home, 12 N. Franklin St. Lambertville, NJ.   In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, 13 N. Main St. Lambertville, NJ 08530.

My condolences to the Yannarella/DeMarco families. Millie was always a very friendly lady. I enjoyed visits with her at the Phil and Dan's and meeting her on walks in Lambertville.
