Obituary for Shirley L Hill
Solebury Twp. Shirley L. Hill, 85 died Tuesday February 1, 2022, at the Doylestown Hospital of natural causes.
Born in Hopewell Twp., Pa., Shirley had lived in Solebury Twp. for the past 40 years. She was member at the New Life Christian Church in Newtown. Shirley truly enjoyed children and loved babysitting her grandchildren along with other people’s children when called upon. She enjoyed keeping in touch with family and friends and kept everyone in her nightly prayers.
Daughter of the late George and Elva Greenawalt, widow of Lawrence and mother of the late Deborah Melber. She is survived by two sons, John Hill, David Hill and his wife Karen, one daughter Kathy J. Parker (Edward
Weigel) along with six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers we ask that you enjoy some time with your families by taking them out for some ice cream and foot-long hot dogs in honor of Shirley.
Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family.
