Violet H. Johnson, 103 died Monday April 20, 2020 at the Hunterdon Care Center. A lifelong resident of Lambertville, Violet was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Lambertville and had worked as a bank teller at Hunterdon County National Bank for over twenty years.  She enjoyed sewing, needlework, crossword puzzles and NASCAR. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren. Daughter of the late Oscar and Ruth Ford Huber, sister of the late Elmer, Warren, Frederick, Oscar and George Huber, and grandmother of the late Bobby Tumler, she is survived by her son Jake Tumler and his wife Veronica, her daughter Kim Anderson and her husband Robert, one sister Catherine Munson, 6 grandchildren, Lisa Schell, Brian Tumler, Jason Anderson, Rachel Schoolfield, Abby Anderson, David Anderson, 7 great grandchildren, Rebecca Violante, Megan Bowers, Melissa Andress, Brooke and Briana Tumler, Charlotte and Addison Schoolfield and her 2 great great grandchildren, Jake  Bowers and Henry Violante. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Lambertville-New Hope Rescue Squad, PO Box 237, Lambertville, NJ 08530.
